First of all I want to “Thank You” for all the time and energy that you spent teaching me the ropes and sharing the information with me that it takes to become a Professional Real Estate Inspector. 

On Saturday November 1, 2008 I took my TREC Professional Inspectors exam for the first time and I passed and I believe that without your help I would not have been able to achieve this goal. 

Your teaching methods made it easy to learn and you did it with very little or no pressure to the student, which I believe was very important because I had to do this while working another job and trying to support my family. 

Your help and understanding of this situation was extremely important to me and my family and they all wanted me to thank you for what you have done for us.
